Waterproof Vanity Cabinet

A waterproof vanity cabinet is a dedicated storage unit for bathrooms, designed to hold towels, toiletries, tissue paper, and other bathroom supplies without the sink cutout found in vanity cabinets. Suitable for bathrooms with dry-wet separation, this cabinet provides organized storage while resisting the effects of bathroom humidity. Inside, the cabinet can be configured with closed compartments, drawers, and open shelving in various combinations, with adjustable shelf heights to accommodate items of different sizes. Cable pass-through openings can be added for small appliances.

The cabinet is constructed from 18mm waterproof multi-layer plywood, with the back panel made from 9mm waterproof multi-layer plywood. All cut edges are sealed with waterproof ABS edge banding and moisture-sealed to protect against bathroom humidity. Shelves are fitted with anti-sagging reinforcement as standard, and tall cabinets include anti-warp bracing to maintain stability. A ventilation gap at the bottom of the cabinet helps reduce moisture accumulation, extending the service life of the unit. For unsupported shelves, single-span width is recommended to stay within 900mm to prevent sagging.

Hardware components are selected for humid environments. Stainless steel corrosion-resistant soft-close hinges and slides are supplied as standard, ensuring smooth operation even in bathrooms with high moisture levels. The combination of closed cabinets, drawers, and open shelving can be tailored to your specific storage needs, and shelf heights can be adjusted to accommodate different items. Adjustable feet are included for floor-standing units to maintain stability on uneven bathroom floors.

Waterproof vanity cabinet components are packed in flat-pack format with pearl cotton wrapping and corner protectors. Hardware and fittings are packed in waterproof bags for protection during transit. The unit is designed for on-site assembly by the customer-factory installation is not included. For tall cabinets, a tip-over restraint should be installed by the customer during assembly for safety. The factory supports both EXW and FOB trade terms.
