The cabinet box starts with 18mm plywood or particleboard, with back panel thickness you can specify at either 9mm or 18mm. Every cut edge gets sealed with PUR glue and PVC or ABS banding-this isn't just for show; it's what stops moisture from seeping into the board core and causing swelling down the road. Door panels are available in multi-layer solid wood or melamine-coated OSB, finished with PU or water-based paint that cures to 2H hardness. At that level, the surface shrugs off regular wiping with kitchen cleaners without dulling or scratching. For pantries that hold potatoes, onions, or spices, we can add ventilation holes to the back panel or fit louvered doors to keep air circulating.

Every door and drawer comes with soft-close hinges and slides-no upgrades to buy, no hidden costs. The hardware is chosen for consistent performance under daily use, with heavy-duty adjustable shelf supports that let you reposition shelves without reaching for a tool. The freestanding design means no wall anchoring required-just set it down on any level floor. The base frame is reinforced for stability, and we can supply adjustable feet or decorative legs if your flooring isn't perfectly flat. Before anything gets packed, each cabinet goes through a trial assembly at the factory. That's how we catch alignment issues before they become your problem. Dimensional tolerance is held to ±2mm, door gaps to ±1mm. Packaging includes pearl cotton and corner protectors inside a carton; for sea freight, wooden crating is available upon request.
