A kitchen island does more than add counter space-it changes how the entire room functions. It gives you a prep area right where you need it, creates natural traffic flow around the cooking zone, and gives guests a spot to gather without hovering over the stove. We manufacture these as modular standard islands or fully custom builds, sized and shaped to match your kitchen's specific footprint. Planning to include a prep sink? We'll cut the opening to your fixture specs. Need a wine rack, a pull-out bin, or both? No problem. Drawers, cabinets, open shelving-the layout follows your drawings, not a one-size-fits-all template.

The structure begins with an 18mm plywood or particleboard box, with back panel thickness you can choose between 9mm and 18mm. Every exposed edge gets PUR glue with PVC/ABS banding-critical for islands because they see more spills, splashes, and moisture than standard wall cabinets. Door panels are available in multi-layer solid wood or melamine-coated OSB, finished with PU or water-based paint at 2H hardness. That's hard enough to resist scratches from pots and pans and withstand repeated cleaning without showing wear. For units that include a sink, the sink base section comes with an aluminum foil waterproof liner as standard-an extra shield against moisture damage.

If your island needs plumbing or electrical provisions, we machine openings to the exact dimensions of your chosen fixtures. Countertops, faucets, and other accessories are supplied separately-we handle the cabinet, you handle the top. Every island undergoes a trial assembly at the factory before packing, so drawers slide smoothly and doors close flush without need for on-site adjustments. Dimensional accuracy is held to ±2mm, door gaps to ±1mm.

Each unit is wrapped in pearl cotton with corner guards inside a carton; for sea freight, wooden crating is available as an upgrade. Trade terms: EXW or FOB.
