Bed Installation Steps
Preparation: Inventory components such as the headboard, footboard, side posts, and slatted base; gather tools like a Phillips screwdriver, wrench, and tape measure; a two-person team is recommended.
Assembling Headboard and Footboard: Connect the long solid wood side posts to the headboard and the short side posts to the footboard; align with pre-drilled holes, screw in the connecting rods, insert wooden dowels, and tighten the nuts-taking care to ensure the orientation is correct.
Connecting Side Rails: Fit one end of the side rails onto the footboard's connecting rods and tighten temporarily; then connect the other end to the headboard, ensuring the holes on both side rails are perfectly symmetrical.
Reinforcement and Slatted Base Installation:Tighten all screws with a Phillips screwdriver and install angle-iron reinforcements; align the support legs of the slatted base with the holes in the angle irons and secure them one by one.
Finishing Touches:Apply anti-slip pads to the bottom of the support legs; lay out the bed slats evenly and secure them with screws; perform a load-bearing test upon completion.
Nightstand Installation Steps
Preparation: Unpack and verify components such as panels, 3-in-1 connectors (cam locks/bolts), and drawer slides; prepare a screwdriver and lay a protective mat on the floor to prevent scratching the cabinet body.
Assembling the Main Frame: Install the 3-in-1 connecting bolts into the corresponding holes on the panels; join the bottom panel and side panels, securing them with cam locks; insert the back panel into its groove; finally, install the top panel and tighten all fittings.
Installing Drawers and Slides: Fix the outer rails of the concealed three-section slides to the interior sides of the cabinet; assemble the drawer side panels, bottom panel, and front panel; attach the drawer handle and fix the inner rails to the sides of the drawer.
Adjustment and Finishing:Align and insert the drawer slides into the cabinet tracks and verify smooth operation; use a level to check if the cabinet is horizontal, inserting shims to adjust if it is tilted.
