Cat cabinet house turns vertical space into several levels for resting, climbing, and watching, while also holding pet supplies. It fits homes, apartments, pet stores, hotel pet rooms, and commercial display areas. Three standard sizes are available: S at 600 × 450 × 1600 mm, M at 800 × 480 × 1800 mm, and L at 900 × 500 × 2000 mm, with custom dimensions possible from drawings.

Because the unit is tall, stability and wall fixing are critical. Every tall version must include an anti-tip fitting, and the manual tells users to secure it to the wall. This is not only a safety measure; it also keeps the cabinet from moving when cats jump between levels. In pet stores and hotel pet rooms, where the unit may be used by different animals and people, the wall fixing should be checked regularly.

Body and back panels are 18 mm plywood. Melamine board is standard, and painted finishes can be chosen. PUR edge banding makes edges more durable and reduces glue failure and overflow. Three-in-one eccentric fittings are pre-drilled, so no on-site drilling is required. Drawers run on silent three-section slides, and hinges are rust-proof galvanized with salt spray testing of at least 48 hours. A stainless steel feeding tray is optional, and the bowl is purchased 304 stainless steel and removable. Shelf static load is at least 25 kg.

Flat-packed panels are protected by PE film, pearl cotton, L-shaped corner guards, and 5-layer corrugated cartons, with wooden crates used for irregular shapes. Hardware is bagged separately with a 5% spare parts bag and an exploded drawing manual.

Electronic cutting saws, automatic edge banding machines, and CNC drilling centers are used in-house, and cabinet monthly capacity reaches about 2,000 sets, supporting multi-variety, small-batch, high-quality production.

We work with both OEM and ODM requests, and production can be based on your drawings or a prototype. Minimum order quantity is decided by size. Samples are available, with standard development running about 15 working days; special items can be discussed separately. Free samples are subject to sample size and order volume. Colours or models can be combined in one order. Quality control covers trial assembly, carpenter inspection, paint inspection, and finished product inspection. Cabinets receive full inspection, standard products are checked by sampling, and third-party inspection is accepted. A one-year warranty is included. Terms are EXW or FOB, payment is 50% deposit with 50% balance, and USD is accepted. Melamine products take around 15 days, mixed paint 30–35 days, and veneer 40–45 days. Repeat orders can be moved forward with priority. Installation drawings, assembly instructions, video guidance, and remote technical answers are provided.
