All cabinets in the full-apartment system are constructed from 18mm multi-layer plywood or particleboard, with back panels available in 9mm or 18mm thickness. Every cut edge is sealed with PUR adhesive and PVC or ABS edge banding for moisture protection. Door panels are available in multi-layer solid wood or melamine-coated OSB, finished with PU or water-based paint that achieves a hardness of 2H or above. The entire system benefits from a unified material and finish specification, ensuring visual consistency across all furniture pieces. Sink base cabinets come standard with aluminum foil waterproof liners for enhanced moisture protection, and appliance openings are machined precisely according to the dimensions you provide.

All doors and drawers across the full-apartment system are equipped with soft-close hinges and soft-close drawer slides as standard. This ensures quiet, smooth operation throughout the home, enhancing daily living comfort. For high-use areas like kitchens and wardrobes, the hardware is selected for reliable performance under frequent use. With 13 years of experience in custom furniture production and extensive project experience, the company operates a full facility equipped with electronic panel saws, automatic edge banding machines, and CNC drilling centers. The technical team assists with full-apartment drawing verification and process assessment during the pre-production stage. Sample development for standard lacquer-finished products typically takes approximately 15 working days. Bulk orders are eligible for third-party inspection. Products are packed with pearl cotton wrapping, corner protectors, and an outer carton. For large or multiple-item orders, modular packaging and wooden crating are available as upgrades for sea freight. The factory supports both EXW and FOB trade terms, and a one-year warranty covers manufacturing defects.
