General Production Workflow
Production Preparation: Finalize technical drawings and material selection; match materials to the specific functional requirements of different furniture components (distinguishing between visible exterior parts, internal structural parts, and concealed parts).
Raw Material Pre-treatment: Use drying processes to control wood moisture content between 8% and 12%, thereby reducing the risk of warping, cracking, and insect infestation; certain specialized materials may also undergo a natural stabilization (resting) period.
Machining: Execute sequential steps such as cutting, edge trimming, precision shaping, and sanding; ensure a flat, smooth surface finish through multiple rounds of coarse and fine sanding.
Assembly:Assemble individual components and fittings, paying close attention to joint precision and the stability of connectors; some products undergo a trial assembly to identify and resolve potential issues beforehand.
Surface Finishing: Apply multiple rounds of coating, drying, and sanding; high-end products may undergo hot-waxing to enhance luster while creating a protective layer.
Final Inspection and Packaging: Conduct a comprehensive check for surface defects and structural stability; clean the product and apply protective packaging before warehousing.
