Full-wall TV Unit

A full-wall TV unit does exactly what the name suggests: it spans the entire width of your living room wall, combining storage, display, and television placement into a single, cohesive design. This approach transforms a blank wall into a functional and visually appealing focal point, with sections dedicated to closed storage, open display, and equipment housing. We offer both modular standard TV units and fully custom solutions, with each design mapped to your wall dimensions and lifestyle needs. The unit typically includes base cabinets, tall side cabinets, open display shelves, and dedicated equipment compartments, with pre-drilled pass-throughs for power and AV cables. Television and electronics are supplied separately.

The full-wall TV unit uses a frameless European-standard modular construction, with long countertops and shelves fitted with anti-sagging reinforcement. Tall cabinets include anti-warp bracing, and multi-module joints are strengthened with additional connectors to ensure overall stability. For unsupported single shelves, span is recommended to stay within 900mm to prevent sagging under load. The cabinet body is constructed from 18mm multi-layer plywood or particleboard, with back panels available in 9mm or 18mm thickness, and all cut edges sealed with PUR adhesive and PVC or ABS edge banding. Door panels are available in multi-layer solid wood or melamine-coated OSB, finished with PU or water-based paint that achieves a hardness of 2H or above.

Base cabinets provide closed storage for items you prefer to keep out of sight. Open display shelves are ideal for decorative objects, books, or family photos. Tall side cabinets offer additional storage for larger items or infrequently used belongings. Dedicated equipment compartments keep AV devices organized and accessible, and pre-drilled pass-throughs for power and cables help maintain a tidy appearance with wires kept out of sight.

Full-wall TV unit components ship in flat-pack format with pearl cotton wrapping, corner protectors, and an outer carton. On-site assembly is required-factory installation is not included. For extra-long units shipping overseas, wooden crating is recommended to ensure components arrive in good condition. The factory supports both EXW and FOB trade terms.
