Coat Hanging Cabinet

A coat hanging cabinet is built for one job: hanging coats, jackets, and bags so they're easy to grab when leaving and easy to stow upon returning. Often installed in entryways or walk-in closets, this cabinet can be either open or enclosed depending on your preference for display or dust protection. We offer both open and closed coat hanging cabinets, with full-height designs available to maximize vertical space. The interior can be divided into long-hanging sections for coats and dresses, and short-hanging sections for jackets and shirts, with additional shelving, drawers, or pull-out accessory trays to suit your specific storage needs.

The cabinet body is built from 18mm multi-layer plywood, with a 9mm back panel and all cut edges sealed with PUR adhesive and PVC or ABS edge banding for moisture protection. Long shelves are fitted with anti-sagging reinforcement, and tall upright panels include anti-warp bracing. Multi-module joints are reinforced with additional connectors to maintain overall stability. For unsupported shelves, single-span width should stay within 900mm. Door panels are available in multi-layer solid wood, finished with PU or water-based paint at 2H hardness.

Long hanging sections are suitable for coats, dresses, and long jackets; shorter sections are ideal for shirts, blazers, and folded items. Adjustable shelving provides flexibility for different storage needs, and drawers can be added for smaller accessories. The ability to customize the interior layout ensures the cabinet works efficiently for your daily routine.

All doors and drawers come with soft-close hinges and soft-close drawer slides as standard. Heavy-duty adjustable shelf supports ensure reliable load capacity. Open configurations provide easy access; enclosed options protect contents from dust.

Components ship in flat-pack format with pearl cotton wrapping, corner protectors, and an outer carton. On-site assembly is required-factory installation is not included. For tall cabinets, a tip-over restraint should be installed by the customer during assembly. For sea freight, wooden crating is recommended. Trade terms: EXW or FOB.
